By registering for and/or using MenuLook in any manner, you agree to these Terms of Service and all other operating rules, policies and procedures that may be published from time to time on the platform.
2. Description of Service
MenuLook provides a digital menu creation and management platform that allows restaurant and hospitality businesses to create QR-code-based digital menus, manage orders, and track analytics.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. MenuLook cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws. You may not use the service to transmit harmful, offensive, or disruptive content. MenuLook reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MenuLook and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your content remains yours, but you grant us a license to use it for providing the service.
6. Payment Terms
Free plan users can access basic features at no cost. Premium features require a paid subscription. All fees are exclusive of taxes. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
7. Limitation of Liability
MenuLook shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve months.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
